Adding other channels to your Sky DigiBox
Due to certain software problems Sky are having at the moment, some Sky receivers
are losing the channels in the “Other Channels” page where your strong
ITV 1 and Channel 4 regions are stored. This problem is out of our hands and
we can only apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.
Below
is a detailed list of how to add these channels back to the “Other Channel”
page in your “Services Menu”.
1.
Press the Blue Services button on your Sky Remote control
2. Then press number 4 (System Setup)
3. Then press number 4 again (Add Channels)
(This will take you to a similar page to where you enter the “Default Transponder”
in our Reset Procedure)
4.
Now enter the details from the list below for each channel you wish to add.

5. Once you have enterered the details
above scroll down to "Find New Channels" and press Select.
This will give you a list of channels
you have found.
6. Now using the blue arrow buttons
(around the Select Button) go downto the Channel you want to save, and then
press the Yellow button (this will put a Tick next to that Channel)
then press Select to save the channel,
7. Now press
Select again to return to the Add Channels page.
Repeat “Steps
4, 5 & 6 for the channels you need to add.
8. When you have completed these steps press “Back Up” twice to return
to the “Services Page” where you can select “Other Channels”
to see you have successfully added the channels you need.
Please note: Add only the strong regions you need as the more channels you
add the more this problem will occur. And remember your BBC Regions are from
channels 981 to 988 (Unless you have a ROI Sky Viewing Card). If you have a
